Communication content: messages guests send through connected channels (e.g. Instagram, WhatsApp, Viber or the website), as well as booking details needed to handle the inquiry (dates, number of guests and similar).

Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and data collected via cookies when you visit our website.

3. How we use data

We use data to provide and maintain the service, respond to guest inquiries and process bookings, contact you about a scheduled consultation, improve the quality of the service, and meet legal obligations.

We do not use personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects on you without an appropriate legal basis.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process data based on: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, our legitimate interest in providing and improving the service, your consent (e.g. for certain cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.

Cal.com — for scheduling consultations. Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) — when guest communication is connected to those channels. Google — for certain technical and analytics services. Hosting and infrastructure providers.

We do not sell your data to third parties. Third parties are required to process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

We keep data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
