By accessing and using the Rezervacije.ai service you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Rezervacije.ai provides an AI-based tool that helps private accommodation providers automate communication with guests and the handling of bookings through connected channels.

The scope and configuration of the service may vary depending on the arrangement with each individual customer.

3. User obligations

You are required to provide accurate information, use the service in accordance with the law and these terms, and obtain all necessary consents for processing guest data where required.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activities, sending unsolicited messages (spam), compromising system security, or violating the rights of third parties.

5. Intellectual property

All elements of the service, including software, design, logo and content, are the intellectual property of the operator and may not be used without prior approval.

6. Third-party services

The service may rely on third-party platforms (e.g. Meta Platforms, Google, Cal.com). Use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and policies, over which we have no control.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every individual expectation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

9. Changes to the service and terms

We reserve the right to change the service and these terms. We will notify you of material changes in an appropriate manner, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent court in the Republic of Serbia.
