Data Deletion

Property owners — deletion in one click

You can delete all data associated with a connected account at any time: open the Rezervacije.ai dashboard, go to "Settings → Channels" and click "Disconnect".

This revokes the stored access token, unsubscribes our app from that account's webhooks, and permanently deletes the stored conversation history and message metadata for that account within 30 days.

Guests and everyone else

If you are a guest who messaged a business connected to our service — or any other individual — you can request deletion of your data by emailing [email protected].

Please include the username you wrote from (for example your Instagram handle) so we can locate your data. We respond and complete deletion within 30 days.

Automatic deletion

Even without any request, conversation history is deleted automatically 12 months after the last message in that conversation.
